Website information

Plant descriptions, lists, and images are informational. Living stock changes daily; availability and appearance may differ from what you see online. Prices displayed in store at the time of purchase prevail. We may update pages without prior notice.

Retail sales

Sales of plants and garden goods are completed at the nursery counter under Icelandic consumer law. Please inspect plants before leaving. We advise on care in good faith but cannot guarantee outdoor survival through every winter or microclimate. Keep receipts for any exchange discussion within a reasonable period for clearly defective goods present at purchase.

Reservations and lists

Email reservations hold stock for a short agreed window. If you do not collect by the agreed time, we may release plants to other customers. Seasonal PDF lists are guides, not binding offers until confirmed in store or by written reply from us.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and brand marks on this site belong to Meadowrift Nursery or their respective owners. You may not copy substantial content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Icelandic law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use or plant performance after leaving our care. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Reykjavík, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues. Privacy practices are described in our privacy policy; cookies in our cookie policy.
